The Project
Volunteering Queensland
Our rewarding partnership with Volunteering Queensland (VQ) focused on enhancing volunteer training and coordination. Concinnity developed comprehensive, accredited online training and assessment resources for their active volunteering qualifications, from Certificate I through to Certificate IV.
Our Process & Solutions
Volunteering Queensland approached us to transform their paper-based materials into engaging, accredited eLearning. We meticulously converted existing content, building interactive modules using tools like Articulate Rise and integrating them within the Axcelerate LMS. Our solution included robust assessment activities, comprehensive learning plans, and a valuable resource library. We also crafted Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and trade assessment kits for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
A key part of our design was creating assessments that were compliant and effective, yet reduced the burden on assessors. We achieved this through practical and engaging activities. Our collaboration also included direct staff training at VQ, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing success of these learning programs.
Key Outcomes
This strategic partnership delivered significant outcomes for VQ and its learners:
Accredited Digital Learning: We successfully delivered a full suite of eLearning resources, transitioning VQ to a modern, accessible online learning platform.
Enhanced Engagement & Efficiency: Converting content into interactive eLearning boosted learner engagement and streamlined assessment processes, proving highly efficient for assessors.
Scalable Training Capacity: VQ gained robust online capabilities, allowing them to deliver high-quality education to a wider network of volunteers and coordinators.
Ongoing Partnership: The success of the initial project led to our re-engagement for the Certificate IV, reflecting the lasting value and trust in our collaborative approach.
