JOLTs (Just One Lesson Training)
MicoLearning Modules
Concinnity has created JOLTs (Just One Lesson Training) – a comprehensive collection of microlearning lessons. Designed to be an agile online resource, JOLTs provide a dynamic solution to meet the evolving training needs of modern organisations and individuals, while complementing existing mentoring, training, and professional development programs. JOLTs are accessible as standalone short courses or a subscription for unlimited access.

The Process
We collaborated with industry experts to create JOLTs — bite-sized, on-demand learning modules designed for rapid upskilling. Each micro-course was concise, interactive, and included features like a personal journal to support reflection and retention. We partnered with Tribal Habits, ensuring secure, Australian-hosted delivery, and designed flexible access models — from single courses to enterprise subscriptions. Custom JOLTs were also developed for organisations needing tailored training for specific industries and teams.
The Outcome
Launched in July 2024, JOLTs established a scalable microlearning platform now recognised by the Indonesia–Australia Skills Exchange (IASE), with Concinnity named as an official education provider. Learners can now access practical, on-demand lessons anytime, anywhere — while businesses gain a flexible and engaging way to upskill staff. With its growing library of topics, JOLTs is proving to be a trusted solution for continuous learning and international training partnerships. We’re continuing to expand the platform by creating new topics in collaboration with industry partners.
An Ongoing Project:
Expanding JOLTs' Impact
JOLTs is an ongoing project with continuous development. It's available now via the JOLTs shop, and we're actively developing new topics, regularly adding to our growing library of microlearning content. Beyond our public offerings, we also collaborate directly with businesses and organisations to create custom JOLTs specifically tailored to their unique training needs.
