The Process
We combined instructional design, eLearning development, branding, video production, and interactive elements to create a cohesive and impactful online course. Using Articulate Rise, we transformed complex policy and engagement concepts into accessible, engaging modules. The training was structured to be practical and flexible, enabling learners to explore topics such as cultural awareness, research ethics, and service delivery strategies at their own pace while aligning with the Centre’s brand and vision.
The Outcomes
The project delivered a comprehensive suite of accredited eLearning resources that empower learners to deepen their cultural capability. Participants now have access to flexible, online training that enhances their ability to engage respectfully and effectively with Indigenous communities. For organisations, the program provides a structured pathway to improve policies, service delivery, and cultural understanding — supporting stronger partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
