Yes. We can deliver your eInduction as SCORM-compliant or custom-packaged modules ready for upload into various platforms like aXcelerate, Employment Hero, Tribal Habits and more. Depending on your integration requirements, this may be included in a custom package.

Our LMS platform includes a built-in Journal feature designed to enhance learning and support supervision. Each learner receives access to their own digital Journal where they can:

• Highlight key information

• Take notes and ask questions

• Flag areas they want to revisit or clarify

Learners can download or email their Journal to a supervisor, buddy, or mentor—enabling more meaningful one-on-one conversations and giving supervisors insight into each team member’s progress and support needs.

A blank Journal may indicate full understanding or, alternatively, a lack of engagement—either way, it provides a valuable conversation starter during probation or check-ins.
