  • Our eInduction packages are designed to help you onboard new team members with confidence and consistency. When delivered through our LMS platform, each package includes full onboarding setup, user tracking, progress reporting, and access to interactive learning tools.

    Your eInduction may include:

    • Organisational standards and workplace expectations

    • Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) training

    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) awareness

    • Building strong work relationships (how your organisation fosters teamwork)

    • Optional compliance overview (where to find policies and what’s essential)

    • A personal Journal and tracking tools to support supervision and reflection

    Add-ons and Other Fees:
    Optional add-ons are available for custom video production, language translations, or integration with external LMS platforms—quoted based on your specific requirements.

    You can also choose to add value by including our suite of JOLT micro-courses, offering short, focused lessons on key workplace topics.

    Please note, if you’re using our LMS platform, a minimum monthly user fee applies. You decide how long each team member will have access; most organisations opt for a one-month window to support timely completion while keeping costs manageable. This also provides a clear structure and performance measure during onboarding.

  • No problem. Concinnity offers a secure, cloud-hosted platform where your eInduction modules live. It requires no technical setup on your end and includes enrolment, progress tracking, and reporting features.  The platform is Australian owned with all data hosted in Australia.

  • Yes. We can deliver your eInduction as SCORM-compliant or custom-packaged modules ready for upload into various platforms like aXcelerate, Employment Hero, Tribal Habits and more. Depending on your integration requirements, this may be included in a custom package.

  • Our LMS platform includes a built-in Journal feature designed to enhance learning and support supervision. Each learner receives access to their own digital Journal where they can:

    • Highlight key information

    • Take notes and ask questions

    • Flag areas they want to revisit or clarify

    Learners can download or email their Journal to a supervisor, buddy, or mentor—enabling more meaningful one-on-one conversations and giving supervisors insight into each team member’s progress and support needs.

    A blank Journal may indicate full understanding or, alternatively, a lack of engagement—either way, it provides a valuable conversation starter during probation or check-ins.

  • Absolutely. Our content is responsive and works across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Your staff can complete their training wherever they are—in the office, at home, or on the go.  Perfect for those jobs that don’t require sitting behind a computer.  Think retail, hospitality trades and those constantly on the road.

    • Ready-to-go packages: Typically, available in a business week.

    • Custom packages: Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and complexity

    We manage the process end-to-end, including setup, feedback rounds, and testing.

  • Yes. Our system tracks:

    • Who has completed what

    • Quiz results and learning engagement

    • Journal activity (where relevant)

    • Completion certificates

    You can use this information for audits, compliance checks, and team development planning.  Reports can be used to keep upper management informed.  You decide who manages these. 

     If you only have a small team, and don’t like technology, we can act as your HR manager.
